Left ear fullness mild dizziness 3 month

Having following symptoms for past almost 3 months: feeling of dull pressure behind left ear, feeling of clogged ear( no hearing loss- normal ad type tympanogram) Mild dizziness on mainly left side, Post nasal discharge (recently), Blood in mucus from.left nostril ( in morning mainly, maybe due to oral steroid prescription from doctor ),otherwise whitish semi solid mucus No fever or headaches Can it be due to sinusitis? I have got several other tests done all normal, ENT says nothing wrong with ears, please help
