Hi, Will you able to sense the affected part ? for eg pain, touch, hot or cold in that particular region. Is the size of the swelling is increasing gradually? It may be a dermatoma. better to consult a general physician or dermatologist for initial assessment.they will guide you for further procedure.

Its nothing to worry about the swelling. If hou have pain then can suggest fir better treatment optikns, but you dont have any symptoms of soft tissues or bone issues, i would like to suggest you to do shoulder and neck stretching exercises. Through shoulder exercises the swelling will be reduced and also apply hot pack twice a day, this will also help in reducing swelling.
