Left breast pains before periods

Doctor I am 26 years old last 5 to 6 months se mujhe jab bhi periods hone wale hote hain 7 ya 10 days phle se breast pain start ho jata hai or dono breast me nhi hota sirf left breast me side ki trf hota h only in left breast right breast is all okay what could be the problem why only one breast what should I do ?
