Im having pain in my left arm since two days it comes and goes. also some throbbing sound in my ears. shoulders are not paining. also some uneasy feeling in lower abdomen

Get yourself examined by a physician.. Uneasiness n lower abdomen could be due to urine and bowel infection.. Try taking tab pan 40 mg empty stomach.. if it helps
