Hello doctor All of sudden my left arm starts paining from shoulder to finger tips and sometimes from elbow to finger tips, pain stays for 30 minutes and sometimes for 1 hour, please tell me why it pains I'm scared

Avoid the triggering activity/exercise Considering your age, It may be exercise induced/ keeping the arm in the same position for a long time causing pressure on nerves may be the cause. And It needs further medical evaluation to find out the root cause
