Hi, Past 3 days I had shoulder pain during night, yesterday night I did massage applied little pressure on left shoulder to arm joint. Then things got worse.. my left bicep muscle started twitching or shaking. Unable to sleep, am under stress, is it unique ? Please tell me what to do? Still I have twitching
