Left ankle pereneol tendons gliding minorly without any pain swelling and discomfort.I am able to walk normally and do all daily activities.currently on ankle rehab and strengthening exercised. But no improvement as my tendons are continuously clicking and popping..Consulted orthopedic doctor in mumbai who told me that if tendons continue to subulx after six months surgery is the only option. No mri done as the diagnosis was confirmed clinically. As I am strongly against surgery I want to know can physiotherapy cure this permanently however the time it takes.
