Left abdominal pain

I am having a very bad left abdominal pain. It is getting severe after having food. Also I have a frequent urge to pee. This started 2 days back and I couldn't bear the pain. I was having pain killers last 2 nights. My lower right back was hurting last week and all of a sudden that back pain has gone and started hurting my left abdomen. Please help me with a solution.
