Left abdomen and back pain and pressure

I am 8 weeks pregnant and 9th week started. It's IVF pregnancy and I am having pain and pressure in left side abdomen and back side too. Dr. Has prescribed me antacid syrup but still pain is there and my bowels are also disturbed and I am not able to clean my bowels. Please advise.
