I have lost around 15kgs of weight over 6 months - using a low carbohydrates, high fat diet and now BMI is 25.
My
LDL cholesterol though increased compared to last year, where it was 100 - but now 140.
HDL has increased from 45 to 53,
Triglycerides reduced from 130 to 92.
Why has LDL increased whereas both other elements have shown improvement? Should I be worried, my dietician seems to think it is temporary.
