Lazy eye...

My son, a 16-year-old boy, has lazy eye in the right eye. He wears spectacles.  Yesterday when he told he was having uncomfortable in reading, we took him for eye checkup and they said he has now developed cataract dyssymmetry. What is this problem, how it can be solved. Please help

It can be developmental cataract.
Next Steps
First he has to correct his refractive errors if with Spectacles he is not having good vision then he requires surgery
Health Tips
Till then he has to continue glasses regularly

If he has cataract, it needs to be removed by operation. Please go by advice of your doctor.
