Gastritis with lax LES may cause GERD like symptoms, Have less diet at dinner Sleep in a propped up posture And have Antacids syp half an hour before food , and H2 blockers twice daily Avoid spicy foods and stress Hav timely meals If symptoms persists surgery is other choice
