Yours grand mother's hb is very low , platelets count also very low. By only dietary modification, it is not possible to treat. Blood transfusion require. Cause of anaemia find out by investigation. So my advice hospital admission.

You are grandmother in the category of severe in India for which she would have to be ready for blood transfusion since at this haemoglobin level patient can develop breathlessness and weakness in the body even addressed also since the blood sugar report which has been mention shows that your grandmothers blood sugar is within normal limit so I can hope that she’s not diabetic so the reason of such a low haemoglobin at this age should we elucidated first then we can go for a appropriate treatment for the same. You had not mention any sign of symptom your grandmother is facing right now which would have helped us a little more in reaching to be conclusive diagnosis and would have better advised u One thing I can clear you out that only dietary modification will not benefit at all at this low haemoglobin so kindly consult with you a detailed history for further guidance in management
