My son is going to be 3 years by May 28th but still not able to speak clearly. He speak some words perfect but vocab is very small. Pl suggest whether to show to ENT as our parents are asking to .

Sir, u should get his hearing tested. U may not realize it but he could be having hearing loss. If he cant hear, he wont be able to speak.
