I am a thyroid patient and every 3-4 my periods do get late. I am having sharp pain in my thighs and have creamy discharge. Hcg test negative. And periods are late for 9 days. I have to go on a trip on 20th. Any possibility I can get periods in a day or two?

In your case it will be difficult to give any prediction. You are overdue by 9 days and you are not pregnant. So you can get your periods any day. We can't plan to induce withdrawal bleeding because you have to go for a trip after just 5 days.
