I am sort sight ,details of my eyes are Right eye - SPH -2.25 ,CYL - 0.50, axis 120, and left eye SPH -2.0 , CYL -0.75 , AXIS 65 what kind of laser eye surgery i need , and what is the cost for that , is EYE Q super speciality hospital is good for such surgery

Hello Type of laser depends on many parameters like corneal topography and thickness as evaluated by pentacam Kindly get pentacam test done and share the report

True...with this type of refractive error mostly cornea have good thikness. After evalution u may choose lasik surgery with wavefront (by blade/by laser)
