Laser ablation for vericose veins

I was suffering from vericose veins since last 10years.10 days before I underwent laser ablation and foam sclerotheraphy from a renowned private hospital in kolkata.at present I am okay but sometimes I feel that my left which was more affected is absolutely numb and it is heavier..also I feel a kind of pain above the knee Is it a normal feeling??will it take time to heal?what should I do during this healing phase??
