Laproscopy to remove paraovarian cyst

Hi doctor, I have undergone laproscopy to remove paraovarian cyst. Doctor informed that my ovaries,tubes and uterus is normal. I have pcod. I have attached discharge summary here. I didnt get any laproscopy report. I opted for cashless process. May be they have submitted it there but my doubt here is why they must have not mentioned about normal status of ovaries , tubes and uterus? They have removed cyst now can i get pregnant? My tsh (with 100mg thyronorm tablet), amh , prolactin levels are normal. How long i should wait for pregnancy after laproscopy?

U can plan for pregnancy from next cycle onwards if ur hemoglobin and other reports r normal and u r physically fit.. whether it was ovarian or paraovarian cyst, u can plan for pregnancy in both cases..
