As my mother in law has LAD 70 STENOSIS , Please suggest if stent to be fixed or can it be cured through medices Stuck with this confusion please assist doctor. How can it be solved.

I need to know her clinical details and complete angiography report to decide further plan. 70 percent is a borderline lesion. To stent it or not depends upon clinical scenario, symptoms and functional assessment of the block with either FFR or myocardial perfusion imaging. Consult with all details

Blockages above 70% are treated with angioplasty/CABG. To fully assess the situation CD will be required.
