Hey, it has only mild side effects. Nothing serious to worry about. But next time when you take your child to the pediatrician, get the child's weight and growth checked to ensure everything is adequate for the age. Make sure you are lactating enough. That is you feed your child at least 8 times a day. And the baby goes to sleep for 2 hrs after every feed. Not that it cries again which indicates that its not been fully fed. The baby has to pass urine 6 to 8 times a day. Make sure the mother drinks enough water to produce milk.
