Hello I am a student of 12th standard & I had suffered from ceaser in January 2015. Now,I'm suffering from lack of confidence. As there is a trip organised by my school ,I'm not going there just because lack of confidence & anxiety. Please help me to change my mindset about myself

Hello, Seizure disorder can be treated with antiepileptic medicines .I hope you have consulted a doctor for this problem and are on medicines Patients who have seizure disorder do suffer from mood and anxiety disorders more commonly.  Your lack of confidence could be due to a mood disorder. It can be effective treated with medication and  counselling. Please see a psychiatrist for treatment.
