L5 S1 DISK HERNIATION. NEUROLOGICAL PROB

I am suffering from sciatica pain after consulting a doctor and checkup (MRI) it was found disk herniation at my L5 S1 back. doctor suggested me for surgery but i and mt family dosen't want surgery. i want to ask that is there any other way to cure this prob.

Decision for surgery depends on neurodeficit e.g weakness or severity of pain. Herniation sx also  depends on MRI report AP diameter . root compression . cord compression. In cases where surgery not feasible conservative treatment is advised.
