For 6 months suffering from back pain, viewing my x-ray report radiologist diagnosed it for LSTV, I  always feel somethings out there in my lower back which i can't stop thinking of, neither it's ache nor it's indescribable pain but something is there, what should I do? what medication should I take? should I do exercises or not ?

Get physiotherapy UST AND SWD for a week. Avoid lifting heavy weights and bending forward. Use LS corset for now with analgesics. Consult online for any doubt
Next Steps
