I have lower back pain for close to 2 yrs, my MRI says 1)Disc dehydration at L2-3 L3-4 and L4-5 with bulging annulus at L3-L4. 2) Broad disc protrusion at L4-5 slightly compression thecal sac and nerve root. 3) minimal left para central&foramina disc protru L5-S1 narrowing spinal and slightly indenting the thecal sac. I have my back nerves tingling some times in a day and burning feel some times, tried accu and now trying yoga. Pls advice , are these serious issue?
