If no neurological deficit,  then no surgery. Do static spine exercises along with NSAIDs and multivitamins.

Treatment is decided based on symptoms and investigation findings. If symptoms are not severe and not limiting activities of daily living without neurological deficit, simple or non surgical approach is advisable. Also, reason for wedge compression need to understood. Detailed history and clinical examination is required.
