L1 Compression fracture

Sir my father suffered from L1 compression fracture 2 weeks ago. He has been taking medications for it since then.. But now his kidney is being affected, his serum electrolyte is deranged, his urea creat peveos also deranged and initial stage swelling in face and feet is also seen. What to do sir pls help!
