Kshar sutra

2023-05-20 03:49:05
I have been undergoing kshar sutra treatment for the past 4 weeks. Everything is fine except rashes around the anal region. I have tried Jatyadi oil, candid ointment and powder but these rashes keep coming back. My doctor says it could be due to the thread. I am unable to walk or sleep because of these rashes. I also do sitz bath twice a day with warm water as part of the treatment as it helps me with fistula pain but it also worsens the rashes at the same time. Please advise?

Consult  with doctor he will start you allopathy treatment.  If he did not give you any medicine  then consult here. Do not do sitz bath in rashes it will irritate you more. Apply only mustered oil after bath or two times in a day first two time it will irritate you after that rashes start healing.
