Hi Last week I had skid with my bike on road. Bcoz of that my left leg got twisted near knee and had lot of pain. Now I feel OK but still I HV pain when I sit long and try to walk I am unable to walk properly feel lot of pain.pls help me

For this kind of pain wear soft sports soes and visit to the Physiotherapist for pain relief and stretching exercises. Follow precautions given as well

It might be soft tissue injury. You need further evaluation to see whether you got any ligament damage or meniscal problem. Consult orthopaedic doctor
