Is it common to have knee stiffness after knee anthroscopy procedure? How to eliminate this stiffness?

You will have stiffness after any surgical procedure. It will improve once you start to move your knee and start physiotherapy, which is usually done 10-14 days after procedure

After arthoscopy, once wounds heal, you should start knee bending exercises & also muscle strengthening exercises. This should be under supervision of the surgeon who operated on you.
