My Mom had a ligaments tear, 15years back and now she had been traveling and after coming back she has severe pain I her knee and the pain had been Goin downwards. The doctor had taken x-ray and said there is a lot of wear and tear and her knee has changed a little movement  the doctor is suggesting knee replacement. He said he might do the fix Bearing or attune. Please suggest what is good.

Send x-ray with standing view Replacement is a good option but according to me always try to save knee joint whenever possible And Some treatments are available beside TKR if patient is fit for that treatment
