Last month in accident my ACl of left knee get partially damaged. Can it heal without surgery, if yes then how. wearing knee brace from last 15 days.

Hi..please share your MRI..should know how much is the tear..if treating conservatively..you need to do set of exercises..on regular basis..withdout delay to get back to normal.. Also..since its month now..its already in its healing process..u need to strengthen..
