I have knee pain since last 6 months. It aggravates when I play or does any physical activity

It may be due to weakness of the knee muscles,so you may do quadriceps and hamstring strengthening exercises,core strengthening exercises.Avoid crossed leg sitting and squatting. Using sports taping.
