1.Grade 3 tear posterior body and horn of medial meniscus.2.Grade 2 sprain of lateral collateral ligament.3.Moderate sprain of anterior cruciate ligament.No evidence of tear.4.Heterogeneous hyperintense contusion with depressed fracture of articular surface of postero lateral tibial condyle and head of fibula seen.5Moderate synovial effusionwith suspension of medial and lateral recess of suprapatellar bursa.6.Diffuse orders in the subcutaneous of fat planes antero medial aspect of the knee join
