Hello there Mr. Kamal. I can understand your concern.  I have gone through your attached discharge summary. But as of now you need to get the knee checked out by a orthopedician. yr attached photo,is hardly visible, what do u mean by serious ill,did u get X ray knee jt, done, quest. is not clear at all as attached pct is not visible .
