Knee pain with sound
I am working in software professional. My right knee feel hurt and observe noisy sound last three days.
i feel this sound past 3 years and i took mri and constult with one doctor. He said this is normal.
But feeling pain make afraid. Please advice me, It is any crictical?
While walking not more hurt, But while sitting feeling pain.
Is there any swelling or morning stiffness
Any other joint pain swelling or back pain or neck pain
Any h/o psoriasis
Any other features like red eye
Any heel pain?
Any knee injury??
If all answer no, chance of arthritis less likely
Do quadricep exercise, u can learn from any physiotherapist.
