My age is 34 .i doesnt have knee pain normally. but when i started walking or jogging then starts knee pain and pain remains all the day .i have to stop jogging .later pain goes slowly. what i have to do for this. i want to go for excrsice
U need to do strengthening exercise
Quadriceps exercise
High protein diet
You need not stop exercising
But if symptoms persists you need to consult an orthopedician
