Knee pain ,swelling and ligament tear

Please refer report and suggest what report says what i have to do . Can surgery be done...what is the issue

Hey, I believe you had some kind of trauma recently to your knee if not please correct me. Report says there might be tear in the bush (like the one we find below the table leg) in between your bones of your knee joint, which might be causing you the pain. Also there might be sprain in one of the ligaments which controls knee movements, but it’s not torn, thats the good news. Baker cyst is nothing but extravasation of joint fluid likely to be found in degenerative diseases. You might require diagnostic arthroscopy, if your symptoms are aggravating, to confirm the lesions in meniscus, and to fix it, if it appears to be a problem.
Next Steps
If there is pain at the moment, give rest to your knee joint, don do aggressive activities, let the pain come down, you can go for physiotherapy for the same. But if its not subsiding by all this, can move forward for arthroscopic surgery as mentioned above.
