Knee pain on outer part of left knee

I have pain one the outer part of knee on a single point from quite a long time.Attaching an x-ray below.Kindly tell what is the problem as I am not getting any solution for it.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. Hi. You need proper examination of the joint. Visit a Dr for it. Till then apply any pain killer ointment and cover with crape bandage Visit a Dr.
