Knee pain occured due to ACL sprain

Please suggest me some of the physiotherapic excercises which I can do for ACL sprain. I have consulted an Orthopedic. He suggested me MRI scan, from which he has found that I have an ACL sprain and a very very minor crack in horn of meniscus of knee. He suggested me physiotherapy exercises by which I can get recovery. I wanted to consult a physiotherapist but I couldn't, because of my busy schedule. Please suggest me some physiotherapy excercises until I can meet a nearby physiotherapist.

Hello, Its advisable to visit a physiotherapist in person. One needs to assess you and then decide upon the exercise plus its important that the exercise is done in a correct manner; if done unsupervised it may injury your knee and the acl may rupture more . You may take ice pack to reduce pain and wear a knee cap to give the knee a support. If you have a very busy schedule you may call a physiotherapist for home visit too. Please remove time from busy schedule as health is money!
