Hello,
Its advisable to visit a physiotherapist in person.
One needs to assess you and then decide upon the exercise plus its important that the exercise is done in a correct manner; if done unsupervised it may injury your knee and the acl may rupture more .
You may take ice pack to reduce pain and wear a knee cap to give the knee a support.
If you have a very busy schedule you may call a physiotherapist for home visit too.
Please remove time from busy schedule as health is money!
