I have severe pain in left knee. Not able to put weigh on it and facing problem while Standing. My MRI Reports : Moderate Knee joint effusion. Myxoid degeneration of ACL. Few cysts in intercondylar region of femur and tibial eminence. Grade I signal in posterior horn of medial meniscus. I have two basic questions: 1) How did it occur when i never met with any physical injury.Any causes to prevent such things in future. 2) Doctor is suggesting me to undergo surgery?
