Knee Pain-Not able to straight and fold

I am having knee pain from last 3 months, I am able to walk but not able to straight out and fold back my knee. Earlier I was having back pain but with medication it is now alright, also I have vitamin D3 deficiency, for which I have taken 60K Vit-D3 for 2 months. Please help me with the issue.

Needs clinical examination and mri along with cbc esr crp (blood tests)
