As womens in advanced postmenopausal age its commonest pain.....avoid folding u r legs ....use comode toilets......avoid long walking take rest in between take pain killers ...and do knee flexion extension excs.........strengthning excs.... 10 to 20counts thrice a day... By putting ankle weights .of 500 gm.then 1 kg....
