Hi there...such chronic knee pain can be due to many causes like ligament tear, meniscus injury, muscle strain, osteoarthritis. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations including x ray of the knee. So kindly consult a nearby orthopedic for further evaluation and treatment.
