Knee pain due to wound

Got small accident with bike and got scratches and wound at my right knee , but no fracture in xray report. Today 8 days gone but still taking help other's  to walk.Please advise me so that I can move asap without anyone's help atleast. Thanking you.

It can be just  cont'd ion of Knee which gets better within three weeks if u feel unstable while walking or if there are locking of Knee, then u might require mri to diagnose ligament injury
