Performing workouts which involves knee joints, especially with your weight is not advisable.
If the knee joint is loaded beyond its capacity,it will soon create problems like you are facing now.
Ideally you should think of workouts after reducing at least 20 kg.
If you want to reduce weight by exercise,then swimming is something you can consider.
Next Steps
Don't do any activity at knee joint which will cause discomfort.
No sitting cross legged,no climbing stairs etc.
