Knee pain and steef knee

I am having knee pain since 11 to 12 years .the pain increases while i sleep or in the morning. I am not able to walk properly and i fel that there is very less power in my body while walking. D7e to this problem i am not able to sleep properly.. please suggest me a proper solution or any home remedies to cure . Please
