If you don't have any history of diabetes , hypertension, renal disease or allergies then you can try 1. Tab voveran d 50 mg twice a day for 5 days 2. Tab Renerve plus once a day for 30 days 3. Cap Uprise D3 60 K once a week in the morning with milk for 4 weeks along with hot fomentation and Volitra gel.
