Knee pain and joint muscle problem

In my body every joint and muscle have pain. first time i had checked on Dr jogendra kumar Bastia, Neurosurgeon, he said that our muscle pain and joint pain everything comes from my thyroid. then give some medicine . after take the medicine i am free from pain for 1 moths . but when i leave the medicine pain repreat same types. please help me.
