Knee pain 2 Months

Hii , I started yoga in Feb and in few days my left knee started to hurt due to much twisting and bending done in yoga ,i left it immediately and recovered 95% ,Upon request of Yoga teacher i started again and again pain started in left knee, again I stopped the yoga and recovered 95% to 100% , Then again yoga teacher forced me to do yoga again after few days , then he took me extreme levels and since 21 March I haven't done any yoga , I have gone through left knee x-ray,MRI , ct scan nothing has been found but I am not able to bear any weight on the leg , since 13 April I have not gone outside nor ride my bike due to pain in leg , walking inside the house is a task Current pain level have improved but get worse immediately with activity . Pain level increase if I outside,I am stuck please help what should I do Reports are clear Doctor said it's muscular pain There is a spot which hurts while pressing just below the knee cap ,please Help

You could have Maniscus tear or patellar tendinitis,review with your reports with orthopaedician to rule out ligament or tendon tear
