Can undenatured type 2 collagen (brand kartikool)be had for minuscus tear ?If so what are the benefits? And what dosage and how long to have it ? I have heard that  it cause knee joint stiffness if used in  long run is that true or not ?

Treatment usually depends on grade of tear …. If it’s grade 1/2 then PRP ( platelet rich plasma ) along with supplements and physio helps If grade 3 - then arthroscopic surgery should be considered
